This page provides the intended corporate structure and plain-language content. It must be reviewed against the group’s final legal entities, processing activities, contracts, markets and applicable laws before publication.
1. Scope
These guidelines provide a corporate baseline. Product contracts, insertion orders, marketplace terms and regional rules may apply additional requirements to a specific campaign, integration or commercial relationship.
2. Truthful representation
Commercial participants must accurately identify themselves and present offers, prices, conditions and material limitations clearly.
- Do not use false endorsements, fabricated results or misleading urgency.
- Do not conceal recurring charges, eligibility conditions or significant exclusions.
- Do not impersonate a brand, authority, professional or approved partner.
- Keep contact, billing and verification information current.
3. Products and services
Offers must be lawful in the target market and permitted by the applicable product. Restricted categories may require evidence, licensing, geographic controls or prior approval.
Commercial content must not promote exploitation, trafficking, fraud, illegal financial schemes, malicious software, prohibited substances or other activities that create serious legal or safety risk.
4. Creative content and landing pages
Advertisements, listings, messages and landing pages should be consistent with one another and must not use deceptive interfaces or unexpected redirects.
- Clearly distinguish paid or sponsored material where required.
- Use media, trademarks and claims only with appropriate rights.
- Do not imitate system alerts, security warnings or another service’s interface to mislead users.
- Ensure destination pages are functional, secure and relevant to the promoted offer.
5. Audience, age and location controls
Campaigns and commercial offers must use the available audience, location and age controls responsibly. Adult-only content or services must not be directed to minors and may require age assurance before access.
Sensitive targeting based on health, identity, vulnerability or other protected information should be prohibited or tightly controlled according to applicable law and approved policy.
6. Data, tracking and privacy
Commercial participants must collect and use personal information lawfully, provide required notices and honour consent or opt-out choices.
- Do not upload data obtained unlawfully or without required permissions.
- Do not deploy hidden tracking or attempt to bypass consent controls.
- Protect credentials, audience files, conversion data and integration secrets.
- Use data only for the approved purpose and retention period.
7. Payments, incentives and commercial integrity
Billing, refunds, commissions, incentives and performance claims must follow the relevant contract and payment policy. Participants must not manipulate clicks, impressions, leads, conversions, reviews or other performance signals.
8. Review, restriction and enforcement
The group or relevant product may review commercial content, request evidence, restrict delivery, withhold approval, suspend access or terminate a relationship where material risk or non-compliance is identified.
High-risk categories, repeated violations or attempts to evade review may result in enhanced verification and escalation.
